Regulating your stress is imiportant in all the stages. Of course getting pregnanct is the first step. Watch your stress levels, eat healthy and exercise (even if it's just walking) all help to regulate your body's clock and will make the process simpler. (However if after 6 - 12 months you still haven't succeeded, by all mean do visit a doctor)
