That's good that she could do that at her job. But not many workplaces are open to women bringing their children around, or breastfeeding, or anything else. It's one of the reasons I had to switch careers. After working for 11 years in television I had to stop because the demanding work schedule was interfering with my parenting. I would sometimes have to pick up my son from school and go right back to work with him. It was awful. Now I am a school teacher and our schedules are much more in sync.
