I was going to ask if she's been medically evaluated until I read that she doesn't screm when eating, in the tub or at the store. Sounds like you need some type of intervention and trianing, especially if yor husband isn't helpful. Try talking to your physician and see if he can recommend a therapist. Yes, it may sounds extreme, however if she's only 1, this can be nipped in the bud with behavior modification (on both your parts.) Good luck!
