Hmmm, now this is not a very fun problem. My daughter is 1 now and has started throwing occassional tantrums, but she is not screaming all the time. When she throws her tantrums, we either try to ignore her or redirect her attention elsewhere. Not sure how this might work with you, but it's just a few ideas. They still seem so little, it's hard to know what to do.
