Just curious - are you looking to buy collectors items for your kids or yourself? My godaughter was given barbie's (collector) by her grandmother and was never evn allowed to take them out of the box. It was very hard for alittle girl to understand. I felt if her grandmother wnted to do that for her, she should halso hve given her somethign to immediately use along with it, or not even told her about hte collection and presented it when she was older and could apprecitate the value.
