i am in the WIC (women infants and children) program and i thought that breastfeeding was so embarrasing and i had decided on not doing it.Then i watched a video about it at WIC and i couldn't believe all the health benefits to the baby and to the mothers. i had no idea it helped your cervix get back to a normal size faster than a bottle-feeding mother i just thought when it was ready to be normal sized again it would go....and all the benifits to the babies! i had changed my mind after hearing all this. so in about 2 more months i am going to breastfeed and i don't care where i am as long as it benefits to my baby i am happy.. and not to mention benefits to me!
