I've often wondered the same thing, because it seems like our kids pick up on our talents. Maybe it is because we exposed them to such things as sports, or music, or art at an early age that they were able to grasp on.

One of my best friends in college can decipher lyrics from some of the hardest music to understand like rap or punk rock. She attributes this to her mom always singing to her when she was in the womb. My friend has extraordinary listening skills and can hear from a mile away. Maybe this is coincidence, who knows.

I wonder what the recent study says on listening to music while they are in the womb. Anyone know?
