It seems like you may have a bigger problem than what i thought. Most people would say go to the counselign process, but thats means that 2 of you see the problems and wish to solve it. It doesnt looks like this case.
First of all, whats so hard to not see his ex girlfriend, he is a married man, he can tell her to (if he wants to). Worst, you can always use the court for restrainign order. I am a guy too, and i wouldnt tell my current girlfriend/wife off the face of how and many times I had sex with others. Unless i want to make you jealous (i 'd be very immature in this one).
I think you give him almost everything he wants and he doesnt seem to realize it. He seem lacking of commiment, just my thoughts.
