The first few hours after your baby's birth will be an exciting, awesome and exhilarating experience. In these moments, with your baby close to you, all your dreams, hopes and plans come together. Many mothers think that it is best to have the baby few hours after the birth, to be left with them and the mother and baby, undisturbed to be together. I have also known that putting the baby on the mother's body, letting it embrace her/his mother right after birth or after it has been cleaned up, is a comforting way for the baby to feel love for the mother.
