I think another part of this is to say YES! when someone asks if
they can help. When my daughter was a baby, people were asking
all the time if they could do this or that for me. I always said
no with the stubborn thought in my head that "I know how to
raise my baby!" Of course I see know that it wasn't the brightest
thing to do, I could have used some help!
