When I was younger I asked the same question... my mom's answer went something like this...

When two married people decide that they are going to have a baby they set aside a special time to make the baby. This answer only lasted about a couple minutes. Mom, how do they make the baby? Well honey, they do a special dance and pray to God. Oh, Mom, how does this special dance go? Honey, you'll learn how to do this special dance when you're married.

After that my mom said no more questions about making a baby... you'll find out how when you're married.
