Users ranks are rank insignia based on post count and usergroup that are displayed next to names in posts. Here is the ladder of our user ranking system:

Infant > Toddler > Young Child > Adolescent > Young Adult > Adult > Senior Citizen

We also use a point system, reputation system (Rep Power), It provides a way of rating users based on the quality of their posts. Users can add or subtract reputation points from other users by clicking the reputation link in their posts. Example image is attached in this post. Admins can set certain restrictions on the giving and taking away of reputation points by users.

User reputations allow the members to tell the community which users are quality and which users are not. And in response to user feedback, Maternity's forum has the ability to label and reward users for the quality of their posts, as is indicated by their reputation.

I know some of you have particpated on other forums where user reputation was enabled.

Yes, this seems like a great idea. I just have to remember to use it . Is there someplace where you can see what other users think of your posts or get your rep. power rating?
