In His Steps
Its an older book (from the early 1900's I think) about a group of people who pledge to not do anything without first asking themselves "What would Jesus do if he were in my situation" and then truly praying about the answer, and then the consequences that fall on them because of the path they choose. It's a great book, not to heavy a read despite how it sounds, and even my husband has read it (he's not a big reader)
Oh, and don't give up on your husbands reading. My mom gave my husband (and all the other men folk in the family) Dobson's "Bringing up Boys" about 4 or 5 years ago (whenever it came out) and he's just now reading it. Proof that if you leave something in the bathroom long enough it will get read!
