Argh. I've come down with some blocked ducts in my one breast. I have a warm compress on it. When I feed the baby I lay down while feeding her from that breast and massage the hardened area. Any other tips?
Well, I managed to get it worked out. I always seem to get it in the same breast in the same spot. It took me a whole afternoon and evening of hot compresses, massage, nursing, and hot baths, but I did it!
Whenever I had something like that I woul djust have my babies (twins) nurse and nurse and nurse and nurse--well, you get the idea! LOL...That always worked.
