I haven't lost as much weight breastfeeding my youngest daughter as I hoped. I'd like to adjust my diet, but I'm worried about getting enough calories. Has anyone tried to boost their weight-loss while breastfeeding?
Watch eating for eating sake. I think that is the biggest hinderance to weight loss. Drink lots of water to keep your milk production up. Breastfeeding actually burns up a lot of calories and should help with the weight loss.
