anti-phospholipid??

Has anyone experience anti-phospholipid with pregnancy? What is it? What does it affect and how do they treat it?

Most ppl know my sistuation. I recently found out I was pregnant (only made 5 weeks this time around) when they did blood work. They now think I have this or either Factor V. They did test but they will take weeks to come in and i'm worried out of my mind. Please respond if you know anything about either.
