Environmental toxins and pregnancy
We come in close contact with chemicals in our day to day life without even realizing their effect on us or on the unborn baby. Chemical exposure can occur in a variety of ways. We may breathe them while waiting for a bus, passing beside a chemical factory… or even the foods and beverages we intake. Many of the chemicals we encounter on a regular basis won't pose a risk to the growing baby. And fortunately there are many ways we can reduce the risk. Sometimes it is medicines or just avoiding few foods and beverages with preservatives in them…can do the miracle.
