Should I be excercising?
I am about 7 weeks pregnant for the second time. In August I was 4 months pregnant and had an unexplained miscarriage. I am constantly concerned that this will happen again. I haven't had a chance to see a doctor yet. I've noticed when I excercise mildly, or even when walking casually I get very dizzy, light-headed, short of breath, and nauseas. One time while sitting I almost fainted and felt as though I couldn't breathe. I don't think this is normal and it concerns me very much! But also it worries me that I might not be excercising enough. Does anyone have any advice for me?
