Hi tkshad. I have your same problem. Are you working with a repoductive endocrinologist? If not I would highly suggest it. Also, you may want to try IUI with the clomid or move to the injectable medications like Follistim. Thats my next step. Good luck.

I say the first step about fertility is education! I got a hold of a Dr. Lee's book, "What Doctors May Not Tell You About..." he discusses topics including pcos, miscarriage, PMS, period regulation. Very, very awesome and informing book. He prefers natural remedies...that really do work and are more safe than synthetics. Read up on why you have PCO's. I think you will be entirely amazed!

Hi Tkshad

I have the same problem, I have suffered with pcos for years and was told that I could not have childern due to not having periods so I got sent to a specialist who put me on Metformin and clomid, my periods came back but I was getting dishearted as I was talking clomid for every month and in the 4th month still nothing but it has been the 5th month on clomid and I have just found out that I'm expecting and clomid cause multiple birth so their might be more than one, so what I'm saying is don't give up and keep taking it as your tiurn will happen.

I actually have the same thing pcos I went to my normal obgyn and used the clomid for 6 months, I then stopped taking it because we didn't get pregnant and my emotions were so crazy that I just couldn't take it anymore. Well my reg doctor uped my glucophase*sp* because my blood pressure was raising and I was gaining weight again. Well I was taking 2 a day and somehow I had a mix up with the pharmacy with my birth control, so I didn't have any for a month. Well I ended up getting pregnant with no help guess I have a mircle baby but I think it helped that I was relaxed and not trying anymore. My doctor said part of the reason is because glucophase makes you more fertile. I guess my only suggestion is relax and have some fun I know it's hard but have you ever heard the stories about those who can't have kids then adopt then get pregnant? I guess I should have listened to my mother she kept telling me to relax and stop trying lol.
