Question Increase Fertility

Howdy,
Do any of you know of any tips, tricks, little secrets, that can help increase your fertility? I'm thinking of stuff that you can do at home, like take extra vitamins or something. Is there some sort of diet that will also increase fertility?

There's nothing that's proven scientifically except maybe Vitex Chasteberry. Have you read the book Inconceivable by Julia Indochinova? That's a good start.

Nutrition is important, but it isn't our fault that we have doctors who don't study it. The Fungus Link, and Fertility Cycles & Nutrition by Marilyn M. Shannon are pretty good on the nutrition/info department.

Inconceivable by Julia Indochinova talks about Wheatgrass, and perhaps she had Candida, because her wheatgrass and eating beans instead of meat loaded with steroids and antibiotics helped her period become pink and clot free. It helped my gf too.

There's always the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility too. that talks about the basics of fertility in terms of your body so you have a really good understanding of what goes on.
