Default Preferred Birth Control

Anyone have a type of birth control that they prefer? I'm looking for recommendations on some type of female birth control, sorry if TMI, but I hate condoms, too much work and too little fun! Since going back on birth control I tried the patch, but it gave me shooting pains in the muscles around where ever I wore it. I'm on Seasonale now, the birth control pill that's supposed to only let you have your period once every three months, but I'm having lots of breakthrough bleeding, and so what's the point?

Have you looked into the whole "natural" birth control? It's suppose to be easy, fun (you and your husband have to learn all about your body), and as effective as any hormonal birth control if used properly.

Just as a side note, I've known three woman who've used "natural" birth control, and two of them have become pregnanct, so do be careful! However, all three of them did say they had fun monitoring themselves and all three husbands were part of it as well.

I would use natural planning if i wasn't that concerned if we got pregnant, just in case there was a whoops.

Otherwise the pill is my preferred method.

Natural planning is for those who can discipline themselves for the 'right' time to do it. Otherwise, other family planning method can be used. However, in my case, we only use the natural way and for now, I don't even have one. Guess I am not really that productive anymore I like it coz I don't like to be pregnant again although the idea of having a baby excites me but at the same time creates anxiety in me as to how I am going to adjust to the change in our life again.
