I am a strong believer that children can definately hear and react to what happens while they are in utero. I talked to my son all the times before he was born and read to his as well.

I agree wholeheartedly. I frequently read stories to Alex when I was pregnant, and he always seemed to settle right down. He also calmed down whenever I played soft music.

I also believe that because somebody told me about it when I was pregnant with my second child. I played music with my baby in the womb and I also let the baby listen to some speeches. It somehow affected, my second child is very vocal and smart.

Cool - I would not have thought about listening to speeches - that would be an interesting life-long study, to have specific types and modes of speeches.
