Default Anyone Keep a Journal?

I wrote in a journal during my pregnancy and the first few months after giving birth. I wrote a lot about social issues, morality, and what was going on in my and dh's life. I plan to give this journal to my daughter when she's ten or so. Anyone else doing or did this?

I have started writing a journal for each of my kids. I wrote there about what happened when they were still in my womb, then when they were born and some important events that I have remembered. However, I haven't been doing this lately. I am not religious anymore to write as I have been caught up with my work. I plan to continue it and give some time to it. It will be very meaningful for the sons to read it when they are older.

I kept a journal for my daughter in my first pregnancy. I will probably do this for my current pregnancy. I wrote about the changes my body was going through, how much I loved her even though we hadn't met yet, and my hopes and dreams for her beautiful life...
