Default Re: Kids' Exercise Equipment

There are so many kids exercises that don't require expensive kids exercise equipment.

Just using household items and equipment you already have you can conduct a large program of kids exercises. Especially at home.

You can also get really creative and create your own kids exercise games. For instance, you could lay down some blue paper on the floor and then place brown construction paper or square pieces of carpet. You just instruct your kids to hop or jump from one square to the next as they try to avoid falling into the water.
