Default Flying with little kids

It can be harrowing flying with little ones when they start screaming and you feel like the whole plane is looking at you disapprovingly. It seems like the more you can do it the better the kids get. Here's a link to some tips

I found that plannign a trip around nap time helped a lot - we also tried to book as early as possible and got the seats in the front row of coach - just a couple more inches, but really made a difference with a toddler and we didn't feel so confined. Also, we never travelled without a well stocked bag of food and drinks - not for us, bu tthe little one.
