Default Baby Skin Care

My son has recently entered his "oral phase" where he puts his hands in mouth whenever he can, and he's started drooling a lot more. No teething just yet though. I try to keep his chin dried off as much as I can, but he just started developing a red bump right in the crease of his chin (looks like an adult zit actually). It doesn't seem to bother him, but it doesn't seem to be going away either. Anyone have any tips on how I can treat it?

I would recommend putting Aquaphor on it. I sweat by Aquaphor! It is the best for treating skin irritations. It's consistency is like Vaseline, so it will provide a barrier between the drool and the irritated skin, as well as promote healing. I'm sure it will clear right up if you apply some liberally a few times a day.
