First of all, I woudl like to thank Tai for inviting me to be featured on your forum. It is an honor and a pleasure to be here, and I welcome any and all questions. I promise answers to each of you. I must admit though, that I am not a heavy forum user, but I do blog, ,so I hope that experience helps me get through this forum process.

Now for a bit about me.

I am a mother of 3 children, my son is turning six in July, and my daughter is 14. My third child died at the age of 16, and would be 21 now. They are all an inspiration to me.

I have loved to write since I was a teenager. I hated to read though. SO I am writing now, to incourage parents to read to their children, and help them learn to read well, in order for them to enjoy reading and have the ability to write well. Funny thing...I can write....but typing is for the birds.....sometimes my fingers go faster than my brain and I end up with something that looks like I have dyslexic fingers, or that makes me look as if I cannot spell. Thank goodness for spell check.

I was at Borders the other day doing my usual book browsing and I tried to find your book. I asked a salesperson and she told me that they didn't have your book. Is lulu the only place that I get your book?

Hello, and thank you for going to the trouble to "look" for it. Yes, so far Lulu is the only place to ge the book. I have just today, submitted another form of the same book to booksurge, who will make it available on Amazon.com also. I do not know how long it will take for that process. I ordered from Lulu, and it took about 1 week to get the books.

Hello, and thank you for inquring about Mr Quacker. I am working on the story line for Mr Quacker Speaks, as well as deciding on what type of graphics to use. I would like the Art work to evolve with the series. I did do the graphics for the first book. As sales improve, I may hire a REAL artist. I am still trying to decide teh best way to publish and promote the series in the best , but yet most reasonable way. I am pretty new to the publishing world.
