Pain Management During Labor
Years ago when our mothers or grandmothers were in labor, pain relief was not an option. Women of maternal age today are lucky because they do not HAVE to go through labor and delivery feeling the amount of pain that their mothers felt, or in many cases...

I still see many of those on their labor period suffering from the pain that comes with this period. In my case, I am just lucky coz I have a very short time of labor pain but I have a hard time in the delivery room as I find it hard to push my baby out and if nobody helps me by pushing my abdomen for the baby to get out, I would be in c-section which means a very costly alternative even if not painful.
