help! we need information!
Quite recently my fiance brought in a doctors note to wholefoods market explaining she could not stand up and its recommended that she use a chair/stool. Not being on the floor in the public view, her bosses still told her no. Along with that they told her, 6 weeks before her due date, that she needs to take her 6 week maternity leave at that moment. Shes due Feb 17th and they gave her until the 23rd to come back to work. Now we are being induced on the 4th, giving us only 2 weeks for her to recover before coming back to work.
Im posting this up here because i dont know what we can do. Are they within their rights by doing this and do we have any sort of rights whatsoever. any help will be greatly appreciated.
