Children?s Essay Contest Brings the Importance of Manners into Question

Young writers, nationwide, are invited to share their vision of a country free of violence and indecency toward one another. In brief essay format consisting of no more than 250 words, children are asked to address two questions: What would my country look like if everyone were polite? And, what are some ways I can use manners and polite behavior to help change the world?
