how are you suppose to keep a chair with you at all times when you're not suppose to lift anything....and wouldn't it look kinda funny walking down the street with a chair? interesting though....

I found carrying one of those fold up portable chairs that have a strap you can throw over your shoulder very helpful at times. It was lightweight, a little flimsy, but did the trick in a pinch.

Walking is wonderful during pregnancy! When I was delivering my first daughter they said they could tell that I walked a lot because I pushed so well.
