Default Has anyone used a Bumbo?

I'm just wondering if it's worth the investment. How long are they useful for, anyways? They seem a bit pricey so I don't want something that she'll only use for a month or two, you know?

I don't think I've heard of these, what do they do exactly? Are these the things that help babies sit up?

What is a Bumbo? I don't think I used one. I'm assuming its some brand name for something.

Personally, I don't think anything that will only be used for a month or two - unless absolutely necessary - is worth it

Here's a link:

It says that they can use it up to 14 months, but I can't imagine an older baby wanting to hang out in that. Maybe it's just me. My sister got one and just raves about it, but then she has a disposible income and I don't, LOL.

Looks uncomfy to me. Why would anyone want to put a 3 month old baby in there? I prefer the basics myself.
