Yes please give some info, my girlfriend is aroudn 34 and she told me woman is at risk when pregnant around 40, is this true and what the other way around, beside adoption.

As what I have known, there is higher risk of safe pregnancy at that age. However, there are many who have safely given birth at that age 40 and even over it. Also, I have known some married woman who have given birth to children with special needs when they delivered it at a very late age, say 50.
